Kinetic Transport was incorporated in Alberta the year of 1991. Since 1999 it has been under the ownership of locals Alex and Janice Hogg.
For over 23 years Alex & Janice Hogg have influenced and developed Kinetic Transport into what it is today. What was once a fleet of 7, has now become a fleet of over 40 power units and various trailers, all together totaling over 100 pieces of equipment. Born and raised in Hythe, a small town in Northern Alberta, Alex recognized his passion for trucking early in life. Having always worked in the oil and gas industry, the move to purchase Kinetic Transport LTD in 1999 was an easy transition.
As a highly respected and accomplished businessman, Alex has always had a keen eye for opportunity, and has been involved in a number of projects ranging from real estate developments to service-based businesses in the oil and gas industry. Family has always come first in the Hogg household. Having employed several of their closest family and friends over the years, Alex and Janice hope to one day pass the company to their esteemed son Landon Hogg.
